you really give alot of credit to some 17 yeah old kid in charge of a toy dept where he doesnt speak well enough or even to comprehend what youre talking about. These people are not that educated in their dept I dont think. they dont seem to care that they dont have them. they dont, say so and hang the hotwheel on the peg. they cannot tell you if they'll get any soon or if ever, because they dont know what they are. "the only McFarlanes we got in a couple of weeks ago went straight to the clearance ailse over there"....a few sports pics. they dont care to help you. they dont care to tell the people higher than them that they might sell more if they get more. THEY DONT CARE IF YOU FIND WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR.

This is not the only walmart like this. this is how its gone at any of the ones around here that if you are dumb enough to ask you can get the same lines of crap told to you.

Chaser i hear you, i have a walmart 4 blocks from my house and they never have anything but sports picks, ive called been put on hold till i got tired of waiting then hang up, then drive down there only to talk to some lady from kenya (im not kidding) and she tells me that they ship most stuff back that they don't have room for.


i ask for a manager and there never around to busy on lunch or have no idea what your talking about.

Todd needs to make his own toy stores , he made his own comic company and toy company, why not stores around the world to sell them in. [img]biggrin.gif[/img]

StV I know what chaser means..sometimes the employees are so lazy, that they put you on hold,
go about some business of ringing people up, come back and say they don't have it. They never even looked. I've seen this on more than one occasion.
I feel your pain chaser, both the Wal Marts in our area are about 45 minutes away in OPPOSITE directions from one another. If I were to go to both in a day it would mean driving about 160 miles round trip at $2.39 a gallon. [img]graemlins/whatever.gif[/img]
Niether have had Spawn to this date..I'm all done.
So unless someone can help me out, I won't be getting that variant.

I don't know about chaser, but my principles will NOT let me pay some scalper 30 bucks for a figure that he paid $8.99 for. I'd rather not own it.
I hate patronizing scalpers, because then I become part of the problem. If people didn't pay these guys so much, they would'nt bother and real collectors would have a chance.

I've tried calling before too, but they usually have no clue what the deal is. Tell them exactly what you want, even describe it, and they may just see any ol' Spawn figure on the shelf and say "Yeah we got it!".

yeah its impossible to get a true answer on the phone if they ever will pick up.

oh well. I have one coming, paid more for it, but at least I'll have one. wont open it for sure. suckers are too rare!
